Music goddesses, Amy Kuney (previously MYPET) and Mia Von Glitz (previously Mad Moon Riot and Shoot the Freak) have teamed up to create Peroxxxidal, a (sometimes) blonde, garage punk band based in Los Angeles, California. Earlier today, the duo released their first single, "Bucket of Bleach." The track is raw and gritty, in the best way, and is somewhat reminiscent of the Riot Grrrls of the 90s. Glitz and Kuney sing of some of the harsh shit in life, especifically, that which can be found in the life of a woman. I interpreted "I stick my head in a bucket of bleach." as ridding one's self of all those negative feelings, moments, and vibes. Keep up with Peroxxxidal here.
